Desperate to honor his lost wife, her devotion-struck husband set out her favorite round sweet pastries under the moonlight, transforming grief into a enduring ritual of love. Today, these golden, intricately stamped mooncakes—shaped like the full moon itself—are shared among loved ones as a sacred symbol of unity, completeness, and family reunion. With every sweet bite passed from one hand to another, we carry forward a timeless promise: though miles may separate us, we all live under the same beautiful light.
